This is how it works. We install 2 or 8 megabyte  ADSL lines into the building, and split the service to individual customer offices. The landlord pays London Web an annual fee for the line. The landlord then resells the bandwidth to tenants in 64 kilobit chunks, so each office gets the exact bandwidth they require: ADSL 64, ADSL 256, ADSL 512, ADSL 1MB or ADSL 2MB. 

London Web will keep adding ADSL lines as needed. We do all the work. So with very little effort, the property management company benefits from happy customers and a great revenue generator.
